By I never comment, but...
I received this luggage timely however the pull handles would not go up/down without wiggling side-to-side and the zippers would not close properly. I requested a return on Dec 5 and received an email the next day that they would mail a pre-paid label. A week later I received a mailing label in my email that wasn't pre-paid. I called LO to inquire on the email I received about the prepaid label vs the email I received with the non-prepaid label. I told the woman the label I received said postage required and appeared to be a generic amazon return label. The woman I spoke with insisted the one received was pre-paid and said once they receive the luggage they will debit the $9.95 shipping charge from my refund. She then asked me why I was returning the luggage and when I told her it didn't work right she said "what did you expect, buying a 5 piece luggage set for $250!"
Against better judgement I lugged the package and label to UPS...$46. Lugged home. Called back LO and now told wait 6 days for manuf. auth. New information to me.It has now been 2 weeks since their email that they would send a label so I could return....still have the luggage. I was hoping to have this returned back to them so I could place an order for a $600 travel pro set... Wanted to make sure they stood behind their product and had a good return process before I decided to order through them again..... Guess you can figure what I decided to do....
