doesnt look as expensive as it was kinda a joke for the price would not recommend it to anyone !!

Don't buy Heys Luggage. I have two pieces of the polycarbonate and I tried to get warranty repair One with a faulty zipper and one which the spinner wheel broke. I have been calling for (literally) 2 months and left (again literally) well over a dozen messages. I get no calls back.I've called the number on their warranty tag: 305-629-9720 and also 954-843-9800 their repair center. Have also tried 877-276-4397.
Once spoke to someone who said they no longer do Heys warranty work and she gave me thw other numbers - which also get only voice mail.
So not only does their luggage fail, but you can't even get them to call back.

I like the luggage, but first time I used it the small suitcase you can hook a strap on it and I did and it broke before I got on the plane. It was a plastic hook and it broke so I have no idea how to get it fixed since I ordered it from amazon. So I am wondering how good the luggage will hold up.
