Heys Hardsided Luggage
Don't buy Heys Luggage. I have two pieces of the polycarbonate and I tried to get warranty repair One with a faulty zipper and one which the spinner wheel broke. I have been calling for (literally) 2 months and left (again literally) well over a dozen messages. I get no calls back.I've called the number on their warranty tag: 305-629-9720 and also 954-843-9800 their repair center. Have also tried 877-276-4397.
Once spoke to someone who said they no longer do Heys warranty work and she gave me these other numbers.
So not only does their luggage fail, but you can't even get them to call back.

These don't spin quite as smoothly as the more expensive luggage brands, but they work well enough for us! I am sharing the set with my 5-year old daughter, and she loves rolling the small bag all by herself. These were shipped extremely quickly and were packaged well, with protective film on each case to avoid scratches. The hot pink pops on the black - I love these! Great price for three hardside spinners.

Not the quality that I expected. The print is very cheap looking and had minor imperfections. Also the polycarbonate shell is not the quality that I expected. I have seen other Heys hard luggage that is much better quality. I returned this item.
